Techixite Projects are designed for businesses that need planned IT work with a defined scope, outcome or deliverable.
From device rollouts and Microsoft 365 changes to user migrations, workplace technology setup and broader IT improvements, Techixite Projects provide a structured way to plan and deliver business technology changes without treating the work as day-to-day support. Each project is assessed and scoped according to the work required, number of users and devices, technical complexity, dependencies, required expertise, deliverables and expected delivery timeframe.

For smaller, clearly defined IT project tasks, fixed Techixite Project Blocks may be available.

All prices exclude GST.
These prices are fixed labour fees for the listed project duration and are not hourly rates. Longer project blocks include built-in discounted pricing.
Pricing and suitability are subject to assessment of the project scope, number of users and devices, locations, Microsoft 365 services, applications, technical requirements, documentation requirements, dependencies, third-party involvement, site requirements, risk and overall complexity.
Fixed project blocks are intended for smaller, clearly defined tasks that can reasonably be completed within the selected project duration. Hardware, software, licences, subscriptions, third-party services, parts, accessories, materials, travel costs and onsite expenses are not included in the project labour fee unless specifically included in the approved project scope or quotation.
Larger Projects
Larger or more complex Techixite Projects that require more than one day will be assessed and quoted separately.
This may include projects involving:
- Large device or workstation rollouts
- Multi-day Microsoft 365 projects
- Large user or email migrations
- Multiple offices or business locations
- Large-scale workplace technology changes
- Multiple vendors or third-party providers
- Detailed planning and implementation
- Significant testing or documentation requirements
- Staged deployment across teams or locations
- Projects with complex technical dependencies
Depending on the project, pricing may be provided as:
- A fixed project fee
- Staged milestone pricing
- A scheduled delivery plan
- A separate scope of work
- An assessment followed by a project quotation
Once the project scope and quotation have been approved, the agreed project fee applies to the approved scope of work.
If requirements change after approval, including additional users, devices, locations, applications, services or work outside the original scope, a project variation may be prepared for approval before the additional work continues.
