Service Overview
Techixite Managed IT is available in Core, Plus, and Premium plans, giving businesses different levels of IT support, monitoring, maintenance, backup, security, reporting, and service review. From structured day-to-day IT care to more frequent checks, stronger proactive support, and priority service attention, each plan is designed to help keep your users, devices, Microsoft 365, and business systems running reliably. Customers on Techixite Managed IT plans also receive discounted Techixite RemoteFix and Techixite OnsiteFix services when hands-on support or additional technical assistance is required.

Techixite Managed IT service applies to approved users, devices, Microsoft 365 services & IT systems covered under a valid Techixite Managed IT plan. Network infrastructure, wireless access points, routers, switches, cabling, Vidoe & IP Telephony, and network performance services are delivered through Netixite where required. Firewall management & security policies, IPS, IDS, advanced threat protection, security hardening, and specialist cybersecurity services are delivered through Guardixite. Cloud infrastructure, server infrastructure, virtual machines, backup platforms, and larger infrastructure changes are delivered through Cloudixite. Techixite Managed IT focuses on day-to-day IT support, device care, Microsoft 365 support, user assistance, monitoring, maintenance, backup coordination, and general business IT operations included in the selected plan.
