Netixite Projects are designed for businesses that need planned network work with a defined scope, outcome or deliverable.
From Wi-Fi deployments and switch upgrades to internet connectivity, VLAN changes, office network setups and IP telephony rollouts, Netixite Projects provide a structured way to design, implement and improve business network infrastructure.
Each project is assessed and scoped according to the work required, locations, network devices, technical complexity, dependencies, required expertise, deliverables and expected delivery timeframe.

For smaller, clearly defined IT project tasks, fixed Techixite Project Blocks may be available.

All prices exclude GST.
These prices are fixed labour fees for the listed project duration and are not hourly rates. Longer project blocks include built-in discounted pricing.
Pricing and suitability are subject to assessment of the project scope, number of locations, switches, routers, wireless access points, network services, IP telephony requirements, internet or WAN services, technical requirements, documentation requirements, dependencies, third-party providers, site requirements, risk and overall complexity.
Fixed project blocks are intended for smaller, clearly defined tasks that can reasonably be completed within the selected project duration.
Network hardware, licences, subscriptions, carrier services, structured cabling, third-party services, parts, accessories, materials, travel costs and onsite expenses are not included in the project labour fee unless specifically included in the approved project scope or quotation.
Larger Projects
Larger or more complex Netixite Projects that require more than one day will be assessed and quoted separately.
This may include projects involving:
- New office or site network deployments
- Large Wi-Fi deployments
- Multiple switch or router replacements
- Multi-site network upgrades
- Internet or WAN migrations
- Internet redundancy and failover projects
- VLAN redesign or network segmentation
- IP telephony rollouts
- Data centre network changes
- Multiple business locations
- Multiple vendors, carriers or third-party providers
- Structured cabling coordination
- Detailed network design and implementation
- Staged deployment across sites
- Significant testing and documentation requirements
- Projects with complex technical dependencies
Depending on the project, pricing may be provided as:
- A fixed project fee
- Staged milestone pricing
- A scheduled delivery plan
- A separate scope of work
- An assessment followed by a project quotation
Once the project scope and quotation have been approved, the agreed project fee applies to the approved scope of work. If requirements change after approval, including additional locations, network devices, connectivity services, configuration changes, cabling requirements, third-party services or work outside the original scope, a project variation may be prepared for approval before the additional work continues.
