Cloudixite On-Demand
Cloudixite On-Demand provides one-off cloud and infrastructure support without a managed plan, covering cloud resources, virtualisation, backup, storage, hybrid cloud, migration support, and smaller infrastructure improvements.
Support is available remotely or onsite through RemoteFix and OnsiteFix for troubleshooting, reviews, configuration changes, and targeted cloud infrastructure tasks.

Prices shown represent the labour fee for each service duration. If work exceeds the booked duration, the next service band applies and its effective hourly rate is applied to the actual time used, up to the listed fee for that duration.

Pricing Example
If Cloudixite RemoteFix-2H is booked but the work takes 3.5 hours, the RemoteFix-4H service band applies. The RemoteFix-4H fee of $660 equates to $165 per hour, making the fee for 3.5 hours $577.50 ex GST. If the $110 RemoteFix-Quick fee has already been paid, it is credited against the final labour fee, leaving $467.50 ex GST payable.
How it Works
Every Cloudixite On-Demand request starts with RemoteFix-Quick for initial remote triage. This allows us to assess the issue, confirm the required support, and determine whether RemoteFix or OnsiteFix is appropriate. If you proceed with the recommended service, the RemoteFix-Quick fee is credited toward the final labour fee.
